An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Practice Director / Manager / Lead Consultant to join one of the most respected consultancies within the change management and transformation world (Base £125/130k with OTE c£215k uncapped). You will preferably have a minimum of ten years consulting experience within change management and transformation with a number of these years leading teams and leveraging client relationships. You will have a focus on creating sales pipelines and hitting targets connected to a successful history of delivering change management projects. You will analyse your clients business and then provide performance improvement solutions to maximise their operational efficiencies. Once your team is engaged on the project – you will still overview their performance and ensure a smooth delivery. This is the perfect opportunity for a Practice Lead or Manager to join a smaller consultancy to move into a Director role with even the potential of equity shares in the future. Other benefits: Commission – Car Allowance – Pension – BUPA – Equity Potential – OTE c£215k (this is uncapped) This role does require a candidate who is happy to travel. Whilst the majority of travel is UK based – there may also be periods of time you are required to be away from home.
