My client, a highly successful Change Management / Transformation consultancy working closely with some of the well-respected names in the UK and across the globe, are looking for a Senior Consultant Analyst to join their ranks. (Benefits include: Car allowance, Commission, Pension, BUPA, Life Assurance and Bonus) Working closely with a Presenting Analyst, this Senior Consultant Analyst opportunity involves the conducting of operational analyses. As my client is in the operational consultancy world with a heavy client focus – you will ensure all levels of opportunities for improvement are uncovered and then assist in the presentation of these ideas to the client. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys end-to-end engagement at all levels – whether it is the \’shop floor\’ – or board level. Some areas of responsibility include stakeholder interviews, presentation of feedback and the pitching of solution ideas. You will have at least two years experience working in a hands-on analyst role or delivering operational improvement projects – with a track record of process mapping (brown paper). It of course goes without saying you will enjoy client facing and travel. An analytical mindset is a must – with a curiosity of finding all angles for a solution.
