My client, a highly successful Change Management / Transformation consultancy working closely with some of the well-respected names in the UK and across the globe, are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their ranks. (Benefits include: Car allowance, Pension, BUPA, Life Assurance and Bonus) You will have a background in consultancy with experience of working in Change Management and Transformation. This could involve operational, process and/or organisational change. It would be advantageous (but not a necessity) to have Change Management / Transformation project management experience alongside with being a consultant. My client is a smaller consultancy so if you are looking to be appreciated more, or simply would enjoy more responsibility as a consultant rather than just be one of a large project team, then this is a great opportunity. This is very much a client facing role which would only suit a consultant who was prepared to be on project site Monday to Thursday. As this is predominately a client site based role – your home location does not need to be near to my client\’s office. Although on some occasions you will be required to attend the office for the odd internal meeting.
