About the Company - Our UK based client specialises in executive aircraft management, offering a range of services such as private charter flights, aircraft maintenance, sales, and comprehensive management solutions. The company provides round-the-clock support. We are looking for an individual who can be an integral part of our client’s highly dedicated and self-motivated team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
Role information – Airworthiness Engineer:
- Location: Greater London/Kent/Surrey
- Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- Shift Pattern & Working Hours: This role will involve shift work, so candidates should be prepared to work a shift system, the current shift pattern is 5 on/ 5 off/ 4 on/ 5 off/ 5 on/ 4 off. 0700 – 1900 with an hour unpaid for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. 38.5 hours per week
Company Benefits:
- Pension – Standard is employee contribution of 5% between £6,240 and £50,270 salary and client pays 3%. Enhanced (opt-in) is 5% matched from £0 salary

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining aircraft records
- Monitoring the operating times of aircraft and their components
- Forecasting and maintenance planning
- Liaison with maintenance facilities and scheduling maintenance events
- Update, control and preparation of work packages in the planning tool CAMP
- Verification and tracking of mandatory and non-mandatory modifications including ADs/SBs
- Obtaining and updating maintenance data
- Undertake reviews of incoming aircraft & bridging onto our clients AMPs
- Assist with ARC preparation
- Monitor and implement actions arising from applicability requirements ascertained as part of incoming airworthiness data review
- Other reasonable tasks as required by the CAM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in continuing airworthiness management organisation role
- Recognised Part M/Part CAMO Training Course
- Previous experience using CAMP desired
- Comprehensive understanding & knowledge of chapter 4 & 5 requirements as per the TC holder data
- Good problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Experience of business jets would be a distinct advantage
- Methodical with acute attention to detail
- Self-motivated – able to work without supervision and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, including excellent written and spoken communication skills
- IT proficient
