We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Aviation to join our growing team and play a key role in connecting highly qualified aircraft mechanics with leading MRO customers across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong network of active aircraft mechanics across various aircraft types and qualifications.
  • Identify, source and recruit suitable candidates to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and verify documentation to ensure compliance with customer standards.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with contractors to achieve competitive purchasing conditions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strengthen and promote the Argo Aviation brand within the aviation community.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to identify new staffing opportunities.
  • Ensure timely contractor replacements at the end of assignments.
  • Work closely with the Sales team by sharing market insights and customer feedback.
  • Support additional recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of Recruiting.
