Stock Associate (with Engraving Responsibilities) -Argento Head Office, Belfast (BT4) 32 Hours per Week | Permanent Contract Β£12.95 per hour Are you looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment? Argento, one of the UK's leading fashion jewellery retailers, is looking for a Stock Associate with Engraving Responsibilities to join our busy Web Team at Head Office in Belfast.

Founded in Belfast in 1997, Argento now operates 25 stores across the UK and Ireland, alongside a thriving online business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where no two days are the same. Working Hours Permanent 32-hour contract Typical working pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required during peak trading periods We are looking for someone who can be flexible when business needs require.

This is a varied position involving: Picking, packing and dispatching online orders Stock replenishment and stock control Goods-in and warehouse duties Heat sealing and gift preparation Use of internal stock management systems Supporting transfers and communication with stores You will also carry out jewellery engraving as part of your daily responsibilities. Full training will be provided.

Attention to detail is essential, as you will be engraving personalised messages and designs onto jewellery in accordance with customer requirements, brand standards and company procedures. This role involves a significant amount of walking, manual handling and working with small products, so good dexterity and accuracy are important. No previous experience is required. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Online & Stock Operations Pick, pack and dispatch customer and store orders accurately Carry out stock replenishment and stock control activities Receive, check and store deliveries Report stock discrepancies and issues to the Supervisor Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales Maintain high housekeeping, health and safety standards Engraving Produce high-quality engravings on jewellery items Accurately interpret customer engraving requests Follow brand guidelines and engraving procedures Carry out detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Teamwork Build positive relationships across departments Support colleagues to meet operational deadlines Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organisational and time management skills Comfortable using product codes and stock systems Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and email Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, proactive and professional approach Flexible attitude to duties and working hours Ability to work with minimal supervision Right to Work documentation Desirable 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English Previous warehouse, stockroom or retail experience Experience using warehouse systems such as RMIS or MPX Previous laser engraving experience (Gravograph) Experience using Photoshop Hand engraving experience How to Apply Please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining how you meet the criteria to: ??
