The first Argento store opened in Belfast in 1997 and has grown to more than 25 stores throughout the UK and Ireland, plus a thriving website offering worldwide delivery. We stock globally renowned jewellery & watch brands including Pandora, Nomination, Olivia Burton, Swarovski, and our own home-grown brands including Argento, Storie, August Woods, Over & Over and Karma.

We are currently seeking a proactive, highly motivated Sales Advisor to join the team in our Argento Belfast Flagship Store, 11 Royal Ave, Belfast BT1 4FB.

Salary: £8.50 - £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues and management in daily tasks, including sales, stock control, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Work toward set targets and identify opportunities to maximise sales while maintaining high standard of ARGENTO customer service.
  • Train to become an ARGENTO product expert with support from store management and team.
  • Become a keyholder, with full training provided.
  • Be trained on ear piercing duties, a service widely available in Argento stores and popular with customers.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Positive and dedicated team player with willingness to learn product knowledge and apply training.
  • Strong communication skills; adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for ARGENTO product and core values.
  • Well-presented appearance with a taste for luxury and passion for retail.
  • Fully flexible to work a varied shift pattern, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in driving sales.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English grade C or above.
  • One year or more of experience in a retail environment.
