At Argento, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, inspire our creative team, and help drive the next phase of our exciting growth journey. About the Role: As Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of Argento's marketing strategy, ensuring all activity supports both our commercial objectives and brand vision. Leading a talented team that includes a Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer and Content Creator, you'll collaborate closely with our Purchasing Manager, Ecommerce Manager, and key stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning, creative campaign development, digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and lead Argento's integrated marketing strategy across online and offline channels. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Set and deliver performance targets across digital marketing channels. Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement. Work with brands to ensure any activity planned fits with Argento.
- Digital Marketing & Ecommerce: Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to plan and optimise PPC, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns. Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to maximise ROI. Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to keep Argento ahead of the curve.
- Campaign & Brand Management: Create and deliver engaging seasonal campaigns across all customer touchpoints. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, suppliers, and brand partners. Coordinate offline marketing initiatives, including out-of-home advertising, PR activity, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Content & Social Media: Lead the growth and development of Argento's social media presence. Oversee the creation of compelling content and advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and conversion through social channels.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Manage and support the Marketing Team, helping them achieve their full potential. Coordinate creative workloads and campaign delivery. Work collaboratively with Ecommerce, Customer Services, Fulfilment, Retail, and other departments to ensure marketing activity supports wider business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Skills & Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and other software packages. Demonstrable experience planning, delivering, and measuring successful marketing campaigns. Experience managing social media platforms and paid social advertising. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools. Experience working alongside ecommerce teams and third-party ecommerce platforms. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience leading, motivating, and developing team members. Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
