Looking to for a job where you can gain the skills, experience, and qualifications to start a career in financial services? If you are a detail oriented, client focussed, friendly administrator, who loves to learn, then this could be a great role for you.

Where do you fit in? You’ll learn about different aspects of financial services from a friendly, experienced team. In addition to the usual admin duties that you would expect, answering calls and emails, dealing with post, and keeping accurate and up to date records, you’ll be responsible for processing new business, keeping track of your cases from start to finish. You’ll speak to providers - and occasionally clients – and support the paraplanning team. You’ll carry out regulatory checks and update everyone involved, working closely with other teams to deliver a successful client journey. IT and system savvy, you’ll be able to navigate around third-party platforms. You’ll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive. You’ll use your excellent admin skills and attention to detail to deliver a first-class service to our clients, ensuring the success of your team and our business.

What do you need to be successful? Admin experience within a professional office environment is a must please, along with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience within the Financial services industry would be awesome – though we are happy to offer lots of training. The ability to meet deadlines - effectively organising and prioritising your workload, alongside your team. Adaptable, friendly, and willing to learn - with your own transport.

We work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Following your training period, hybrid working will be available. Due to our rural location, you’ll need your own transport.
