In this hands-on admin role, you’ll support our Harrogate Team of Advisors by ensuring that client administration and our annual review processes run smoothly and efficiently. Using your previous financial services experience, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service. You’ll support preparing review packs and ensure that our records are kept accurate and updated. You’ll liaise with policy providers, and be a compliance champion, as we are a regulated industry. You’ll help clients with queries, ensuring we provide a first-class service.

- Financial Services / Financial Planning admin experience is a must, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines – effective at organising and prioritising your workload.

- You’ll be positive, good with people, and technology & system savvy.
We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll be based from our Harrogate office. Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working is available, with three days at our office and two days working from home.
