Argenta Group in London seeks a Group Head of Change to lead the organisation’s change portfolio across people, process, technology and data. You will drive transformation aligned with the Group Strategy, oversee a robust PMO function, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of change professionals with Lloyd’s market expertise.
You will own the overall change budget, collaborate with Finance, IT and Data to deliver on time and on budget, and report to senior leaders and the Board.
