About the role - This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

The Operations Coordinator is part of the Data Input and Quality Team within Operations’ Centralised Services Team. The team will input data in a timely, accurate manner, as well as check the accuracy of such input for a sub-set of their activities.

As the Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Input and quality checking of risk entry.
  • Quality checking that the correct assessment was made regarding non-material/material endorsements and the accuracy of the input of material endorsements.
  • Developing knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and the nuances of the work (mainly regarding variations across classes of business).
  • Flexible approach to support the team as a whole during times of high volumes that will challenge team resourcing, e.g. supporting divisional work outside of the primary alignment.
  • Proficiency in relevant Microsoft systems.
  • Generating creative solutions; we do not walk by, we seek creative solutions.
  • Building longstanding relationships.
