Developer Relations Associate

Argent aims to be crypto’s defining company: the first to bring the benefits of self-custody to a global audience. About the Ecosystem Team The Ecosystem team is small but impactful within Argent. We nurture relationships with dapps and partners to ensure Argent is at the heart of a thriving ecosystem. With the Ecosystem Team, you can expect a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Your role as DevRel Associate As a DevRel Associate, you’ll own the developer experience with Argent’s products, shape our offerings based on developer feedback, and be the face of Argent to the most exciting builders in crypto! Champion our products and services within the developer community through presentations, workshops, webinars, and other events. Provide technical guidance and support to developers using our SDKs and other innovative features. Help organize community events and hackathons, including the Starknet conference. Technical Support Support developers facing challenges with Argent’s products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Feedback Gathering Gather and advocate for developer feedback to improve our products. Work closely with StarkWare and the Starknet Foundation to develop strategies for ecosystem growth. Build & Break Things Create and develop tools that help developers grow with Argent and Starknet. Lead small community projects and initiatives. Content Creation Maintain and update developer documentation. Create technical content such as tutorials, sample code, and guides. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with our messaging and roadmap. Your experience should include: 2+ years in a technical role (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science). Diverse coding experience — Frontend (JS/TS/React/Next), Blockchain (Cairo), etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Crypto native — experienced user of crypto products and passionate about web3. Strong knowledge of Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You might also have: Experience in developer relations or advocacy roles. Good understanding of the Starknet ecosystem. Product mindset with experience in defining requirements.
