Argent Energy Group is seeking a Senior Operator to support the Team Leader in the safe, efficient operation of the pre-treatment plant in biodiesel production. The role follows a 4 days on (2 days & 2 nights), 6 days off shift pattern, working with a cross-functional team to meet KPI targets and uphold high HSEQ standards.
You will mentor operators, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure accurate records and handovers while coordinating with maintenance, HSE, quality, and tank operations
