We are now looking to expand our team with a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to help us grow our Temporary Security division. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, solution-led environment, we want to hear from you!
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them over the phone, and promoting our temporary security offerings to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients within construction, infrastructure, facilities management, and related sectors.

Promote ASEL’s range of temporary security solutions tailored to clients\’ project needs.

Qualify leads and arrange appointments for field sales or technical teams where required.

Maintain a strong understanding of our product offering including CCTV towers, wireless alarms, and access control systems.

Manage a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for call volume, lead generation, and conversion.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
What We\’re Looking For

Proven telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B or technical sales environment but not essential (We are looking for a driven individual or perhaps wants to kick start their career in sales)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to quickly grasp technical products and explain their benefits clearly.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of the construction, events, or facilities management sectors is a plus but not essential
