We are now looking to recruit an experienced Area Service Engineer to support our continued growth across the Sheffield region.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Taking full ownership of service and maintenance calls within your allocated area
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults across a range of integrated security systems
  • Working proactively to minimise repeat visits and deliver first time fixes
  • Communicating clearly with your Line Manager or Supervisor regarding outstanding issues and workload
  • Representing ASEL professionally at all times, building strong and lasting client relationships
  • Supporting the wider Service Team with additional reasonable duties as required
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience working with integrated security systems including CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Fire
  • Strong experience with IP based security systems, including enterprise platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, and similar IP video management systems
  • A solid technical understanding of fault finding, servicing, and maintenance
  • A customer focused mindset with a professional, approachable manner
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

ASEL will provide ongoing training in company specific procedures, systems, and emerging technologies to support your growth.
