The Package

  • Starting salary of £35,000 to £39,000, dependent on experience with OTE of £50,000 plus

The Role

As an Area Service Engineer covering the Devon region you will take full ownership of service and maintenance delivery across your region. You will be the face of ASEL to our clients, and your work will directly shape their confidence in our service.

Day to day you will:

  • Own your service area, managing maintenance calls, reactive faults, and small project works
  • Diagnose and resolve faults across CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire systems
  • Deliver first time fixes wherever possible, minimising repeat visits
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients at all levels
  • Communicate proactively with your line manager on workload and outstanding issues
  • Participate in a 1 in 6 out of hours on call rota

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience servicing and maintaining integrated security systems including CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire
  • Strong knowledge of IP based security systems.
  • A methodical fault finding mindset with a commitment to quality
  • A professional, customer focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive attitude toward continuous learning
