We are looking for a Multi Skilled Security Officer to join our team supporting one of the most prestigious and internationally renowned sites in our portfolio. This is a world class equestrian estate, home to a globally celebrated thoroughbred breeding and racing operation with a presence across several continents. The site attracts significant investment, high profile visitors and world renowned bloodstock, and demands a security team that can operate to the very highest standards of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

What You Will Earn:

Your Working Pattern:

  • 12 hour shifts, covering Days (06:15 to 18:15) and Nights (18:15 to 06:15)
  • 7 day shifts followed by 3 days off, then 7 night shifts followed by 4 days off
  • Every third weekend off
  • Relief work also available for those seeking flexible hours

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Carrying out internal and external site patrols, including perimeter and fire door checks
  • Preventing unauthorised access to and within site perimeters and buildings
  • Liaising daily with our technical team to report any alarm, CCTV or gate issues
  • Working closely with departmental heads to resolve issues affecting property and assets
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all incidents and emergencies onsite
  • Managing site gatehouse operations
  • Overseeing site keys and incident report management
  • Identifying and reporting any health and safety breaches to keep everyone on site safe
  • Ensuring access and egress procedures are followed in line with company policy
  • Delivering excellent, courteous customer service at every interaction
  • Handling sensitive data responsibly and in line with company policy and GDPR regulations

What We Are Looking For:

  • A full valid UK driving licence, as you will be required to drive company vehicles
  • A valid SIA licence
  • Confident computer literacy in Microsoft Office and bespoke systems (full training provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A genuinely customer focused approach, delivered with professionalism and compassion
  • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • A strong team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
  • Flexibility to adapt to new requests beyond the core role when needed
  • Previous experience in security is preferred but not essential, we welcome applicants keen to build a career in the industry
