  • Full CCTV systems – Record only and fully monitored
  • Intruder alarm systems – Bells only and fully monitored

You will be responsible for the customer base within your service area and may be required to work outside of it. You are expected to maintain professionalism and represent the company in an approachable, friendly manner while building working relationships with customer representatives at the sites where you regularly attend.

You will be required to assist in maintaining all Service Level Agreements and work efficiently and professionally to meet these demands.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

You will possess a solid understanding and experience of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire systems. ASEL will ensure you receive training in the latest relevant safe working practices and system‐specific training will be provided when needed.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Carry out maintenance and fault‑finding to a high level on all system types
  • Successfully meet security screening requirements to BS7858:2009, DBS and Police check
  • High knowledge of manufacturers such as Honeywell, Menvier, Texecom, Paxton, C‑Tec, Advanced, Morley, Hikvision, Galaxy and others
  • Availability to be included in the company 24‑hour call‑out rota
