What we're looking for: We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. ARGC Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is unique, you will be working in an office environment interacting with our patients both over the phone and face-to-face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support, and education.

On a daily basis, your role will involve

  • Patient face-to-face interactions and phone chats
  • Collaborating with doctors and embryologists coordinating care, working together to tailor unique treatment plans for each patient
  • Providing instructions to patients for the self-administration of IVF drugs
  • Providing results to patients over the phone and support at any point required
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry, and general administration duties associated with the role
  • Providing clinical support in Day Surgery, preparing for and assisting specialists with procedures

Requirements: We're looking for candidates with a nursing or midwifery background, who are passionate about providing a high level of care to their patients. Working as a close-knit team, we value candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for others, as well as attention to detail. Fertility nursing is a dynamic and rewarding career that combines clinical expertise with patient advocacy, making a significant impact on individuals and couples seeking to build their families.
