An opportunity to join Argante Care as a Rota Administrator has arisen. This post is to lead the shifts/rota coordination of our key accounts with their staffing requirements. This is an entry-level position and requires some on-call, evenings & weekend hours.
What Skills do I need?
- Able to work independently
- ICT skills i.e. able to use Excel, MS Word/PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills i.e. listening, speaking & writing
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
Main Duties:
