- Estate Planning & Will Drafting: Advising high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, business owners, and families on simple to complex testamentary planning, asset protection, and succession strategies.
- Probate & Estate Administration: Handling taxable and non-taxable estates, cross-border/multi-jurisdictional assets, letters of administration, and distribution of complex portfolios.

- Technical Breadth: Strong technical grounding in UK probate procedure, estate administration, and trust governance.
- Qualifications (Desirable): Full or partial STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) accreditation or SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly) membership is an advantage, but not essential.
