Role Overview:
Aretiforce is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at the Senior – Senior Principal level. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who has substantial experience in the Salesforce market and is looking to leverage their expertise in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 role, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Source, identify, and engage top Salesforce professionals across various levels, from developers to architects and beyond.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce market to advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of Salesforce professionals, leveraging industry connections and attending relevant events (virtually or in-person).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and client feedback.
- Build out your core market via an industry, product or location focus.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Proven agency experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in the Salesforce market, In-house recruitment experience at a Salesforce Partner or internally at Salesforce
- Experience working in a 360 recruitment role, across contract or permanent.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience using JobAdder as a CRM is a plus.
