Aretiforce are working exclusively with an enterprise Insurance customer to bring in a Salesforce Technical Lead who will be the first hire in a Salesforce CoE with greenfield projects underway and in the future roadmap!
Location: 3 days per week in Central London
This is an extremely exciting opportunity as this is a great company, at the start of their Salesforce journey who are fully investing in Salesforce and you will be the decision maker!
You will be the leader of this newly formed Salesforce team working alongside a specialist SF Partner but also growing the internal team by 4+ heads in 2026.
We are looking for a technical leader who is happy to still be hands-on, is comfortable working with an external partner and optimising the current and future roadmap. Any Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
