Location: EST working hours, with travel to London monthly
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and AWS. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining AI architecture, Salesforce development, data engineering, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents, workflows, and AI solutions.
Architect integrations across Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise systems.
Build AI-powered solutions using Data Cloud, APIs, Apex, Flow, and MuleSoft.
Implement RAG, vector databases, AI guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
Lead technical discovery sessions and advise senior client stakeholders.
Required Experience
6+ years of Salesforce solution architecture experience.
Strong AWS and Salesforce integration expertise.
Proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with RAG, LLMs, vector databases, and AI governance.
5+ years in client-facing consulting or forward-deployed engineering.
Preferred: Salesforce AI/Data Cloud certifications, AWS certifications, and MuleSoft experience.
