Manage the development of CRM strategies in alignment with Global CRM/Marketing and Commercial OKRs focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, retention and customer value, whilst motivating and managing a team of CRM Specialists.

Qualifications:

•At least 5 years experience in global CRM campaign management covering acquisition and retention, agency or client side.

•At least 3 years team management experience, ideally in matrix management.

•Experience using SFMC essential, accreditation desirable.

•Experience using other tools such as Taxi for Email, Litmus, Email on Acid, MovableInk desirable.

•Experience designing customer centric email programmes across the entire customer lifecycle.

•Use of Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Photoshop essential.

•Html, AMPscript desirable.
