We are seeking a highly driven, autonomous Account Executive (AE) to lead enterprise sales for a top‑tier Salesforce Partner in the UK. This senior role requires a proven operator who can independently manage and close multi‑cloud transformation deals, with a particular focus on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You’ll own a £3–4M services quota and be responsible for building trusted relationships, shaping sophisticated Salesforce programmes and driving revenue growth across key verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Revenue Ownership
- Deliver and exceed a £3–4M annual services quota, owning the full sales strategy for your territory.
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients, with emphasis on Manufacturing, Industrial, Financial Services, Insurance, and Wealth/Asset Management sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across Manufacturing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud opportunities.
- Multi‑Cloud Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and close.
- Run high‑quality C‑suite and senior stakeholder conversations focusing on transformational outcomes.
- Shape, scope and position Salesforce solutions including:
- Manufacturing Cloud (sales agreements, forecasting, rebates, channel collaboration)
- Financial Services Cloud (client lifecycle management, compliance, RM productivity, intelligent onboarding)
- Wider clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Data & AI.
- Partner with pre‑sales architects to design multi‑cloud solutions aligned to customer goals.
- Build long‑term trusted relationships across customer leadership teams.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce AEs in Manufacturing & FINS verticals for territory alignment and co‑selling.
- Act as a strategic advisor during early‑stage scoping, roadmap creation, and value mapping.
- Own forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and territory planning with disciplined CRM usage.
- Lead pricing, SOW development, and commercial negotiations.
- Work seamlessly with delivery leaders to ensure proposal feasibility and customer success post‑close.

- Proven track record of selling £3–4M+ in annual services, ideally within a Salesforce Partner.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud, including customer use cases, industry challenges and value propositions.
- Ability to work independently without heavy oversight — true self‑starter, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Expertise selling to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers across manufacturing or financial services verticals.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, deal structuring, contracting, and risk management.
- Polished presentation and communication skills, with the ability to frame business value and ROI.
- Comfort navigating long, multi‑tower, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
