As the Global Implementation Team Manager, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of seamless client onboarding and software deployments. You will oversee a team of bright, driven graduate Implementation Consultants—guiding them, growing them, and setting the standard for excellence.

- Inspire & Manage: Lead a team of 5 graduate Implementation Consultants with empathy and clarity
- Drive Success: Ensure flawless client implementations across global markets

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Product & Client Experience to enhance solutions
- Quality Champion: Sign off on all implementations to guarantee top-tier service delivery
