- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and programmes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture solutions

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Architect with a hands-on engineering background
- Strong experience leading teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience within UK government or public sector environments
- Experience with:
- Java or Kotlin
- Spring Boot
- TypeScript / Node.js
- AWS
- Terraform
- GitHub
- TDD and DevOps practices
- Comfortable guiding technical direction and influencing strategic decisions
