We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across the organisation. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with two days per week on-site. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Manage third-party vendors and internal resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies or traditional project governance depending on the delivery model.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience delivering technology infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Telecoms industry experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master).
- Experience working in regulated environments or with large-scale enterprise systems.
