Contract Senior Project Manager – Fibre/Telco – Outside IR35

Location: Reading (1 day/week onsite)

Duration: 3 months initial

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with strong experience in software delivery into telecoms/fibre network environments. This is a hands-on delivery role within a fast-paced, agile start-up setting, focused on two key initiatives involving fibre network software integration and supplier transition.

Key Experience Required

  • Proven Project Management experience in Telco or Fibre environments.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery into network infrastructure (e.g., Fibre to the Premise).
  • Comfortable working in agile start-up environments with evolving governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience managing supplier transitions and working line takeovers.
  • Ability to drive project hygiene, governance, and reporting without rigid frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
