A leading public sector organisation is seeking a Product Manager (SFIA Level 5) to support the delivery of digital services within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for shaping product direction, managing backlogs, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritise product backlogs aligned to business and user needs
  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to drive delivery
  • Support agile delivery through iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations across the organisation
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital/technology environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing stakeholders and influencing decision‐making
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product outcomes
Additional Information
  • BPSS clearance required (or eligible)
  • Occasional travel to Leeds or Newcastle (approx. once per month for 2 days)
