We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a large-scale UK government programme. You'll develop and maintain product visions, strategies, value propositions, and roadmaps — working closely with delivery managers and senior stakeholders to embed strong product thinking into ways of working.
The team runs a high volume of parallel projects, so you'll need to be self-sufficient, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident switching context quickly while keeping users at the centre of everything you do.
What you'll bring:
- Experience across both agile and traditional delivery approaches, ideally through all phases of the lifecycle
- Ability to define problem spaces clearly and articulate early hypotheses to guide discovery
- Proven track record building strong relationships with delivery managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills — able to champion product practices with lead and senior delivery managers
- Confident stakeholder engagement across organisational boundaries, building buy-in for problem statements and proposed solutions
- A genuine commitment to user-centred design, balancing it against competing business priorities to deliver value
- Active SC clearance — essential, applications without this cannot be considered
Why this role?
You'll be working on one of the most complex and impactful UK government programmes, surrounded by talented delivery professionals and given real autonomy to shape how product management is practised at scale.
To apply, please send your CV along with confirmation of your active SC clearance.
