A leading ServiceNow Elite partner is seeking a UK Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic alignment with ServiceNow across the UK. This is a senior leadership role owning go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales execution, alliance engagement, and regional team performance.
Location: United Kingdom
Compensation: OTE £275-325K + executive benefits
What the role will look like:
- Own UK bookings across ServiceNow licences, services, and managed offerings
- Define and execute UK go-to-market strategy aligned to ServiceNow workflows
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic UK accounts
- Lead complex £1m+ transformation and managed services deals
- Build executive relationships with enterprise clients and ServiceNow UK leadership
- Co-sell with ServiceNow account teams and ecosystem partners
- Represent the business in market events, campaigns, and thought leadership
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years enterprise technology/SaaS sales experience
- Strong ServiceNow ecosystem background (partner or vendor)
- Proven success closing £1m+ enterprise services engagements
- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Executive-level client engagement and negotiation capability
- Strong understanding of UK enterprise market and procurement
