Shape the Future of a Market-Transforming Product Portfolio
Areti Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with one of the UK's fastest-scaling, product-led SaaS organisations - a technology business set to grow by more than 50% in the next 12 months. This company is redefining a major UK industry through intelligent, highly scalable cloud platforms, and as they enter a pivotal new phase in their journey, they are seeking a Product Director to join their senior leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an influential, high-ownership role where you will shape product vision, strategy, culture, and execution across a mission-critical product domain. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will define how empowered product teams operate at scale as the organisation continues its transformation.
For an experienced and ambitious product leader, this is a chance to leave a lasting mark on a rapidly expanding SaaS platform used at national scale.
The Roles: Product Domain Director
As Product Director, you will take full ownership of a major product domain, responsible for its long-term strategy, commercial outcomes, customer value, and execution. You will:
- Lead, coach, and empower Product Managers and Product Leads, building high-performing, outcome-driven teams.
- Own and deliver a domain-level product strategy and roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
- Balance strategic vision with fast-paced, pragmatic execution.
- Become the internal authority for your domain, guiding decisions across engineering, design, research, commercial and operations.
- Build deep customer insight and translate this directly into product direction.
- Drive product performance, quality, user experience, and measurable impact.
- Lead discovery with clarity, rigour, and repeatable frameworks.
- Partner with engineering leadership to build scalable, reliable, customer-loved SaaS products.
- Represent product externally — influencing partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Help scale a product organisation during a period of major growth and transformation.
This is a high-visibility role with full support from senior leadership and significant autonomy to shape the future of the platform.
What We’re Looking For

- Deep Product Leadership Experience
10+ years in Product Management, specifically B2B SaaS. Experience managing senior product people, including Product Leads and Managers. Proven ability operating in domain-based product organisations. - Strategic Capability & Product Thinking
You have built and executed product strategy at scale. Can quickly acquire domain knowledge and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments. Understand how to drive measurable business outcomes through empowered teams. - Impact Across Both 0–1 and 1–N Products
You have taken an existing product, improved it, and demonstrated measurable success. You've built new products from zero-to-one, with clarity on your frameworks, your discovery approach, how you teach and scale these methods across teams. - Strong Commercial, Cross-Functional & External Influence
Experience in a technical–commercial operating model. Confident representing product vision externally — customers, partners, suppliers. Able to influence at all levels, including C-suite. - Ability to Scale Product Organisations
Experience in companies with 200–500+ people or equivalent product scale. A track record of maturing processes, shaping culture, and enabling rapid organisational growth.
If you want a role where your decisions visibly move the needle - where you will define not just the product, but the product organisation itself - you’ll thrive here.
