Key Responsibilities- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Quality Assurance framework to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business processes, services, and data requirements.
- Maintain and support existing operational Quality Assurance processes and provide guidance during regular reporting cycles.
- Expand Quality Assurance coverage into additional operational and governance areas as required.
- Conduct detailed analysis and benchmarking of key Quality Assurance metrics across multiple teams and functions, presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead improvement initiatives based on Quality Assurance findings and track progress against agreed actions.
- Collaborate with operational leads to adapt and improve Quality Assurance processes as new workflows and data requirements emerge.
- Produce periodic Quality Assurance reports highlighting trends, outcomes, and continuous improvements against key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and streamlined reporting processes.
- Maintain and refresh live reporting dashboards on a regular schedule to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reporting data across all dashboards and reporting outputs.
- Investigate and resolve reporting defects while implementing minor enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Design and develop new dashboards and reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate regular feedback and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify reporting improvements and opportunities.
- Monitor dashboard usage and performance, providing recommendations to ensure reporting remains effective and relevant.
- Establish and manage processes for requesting, developing, and delivering new reports and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvements in data management, reporting structures, and workflows to reduce manual effort and increase automation.
- Provide user support and guidance on dashboard functionality and ensure appropriate operational coverage for ongoing reporting activities during periods of absence.
