We're seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to join a dynamic, fast-moving programme focused on reshaping and optimising office footprint across multiple locations. This is a full-time contract role starting in April, operating outside IR35.
In the initial phase, you'll take ownership of coordinating a large-scale office footprint initiative, working across a broad range of functions to ensure smooth execution. You'll quickly get up to speed with stakeholders, suppliers, and existing plans, establishing structure, momentum, and clear delivery cadence. As the programme evolves, you'll expand your scope to support additional initiatives within Procurement and Facilities, ultimately playing a key role across multiple interconnected projects.
Key Responsibilities- Drive coordination across several sites and business units
- Oversee programme timelines, milestones, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure progress
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Maintain clear and consistent status updates for stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex programmes or projects in areas such as workplace transformation, procurement, or facilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Facilities, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal
- Confidence in vendor management, scheduling, and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
- Comfortable working across international time zones
