The Role
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across both business and technology functions.
You will establish programme governance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of business transformation and technology delivery experience, with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical programmes of work.

- Own programme risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
- Monitor programme performance and take corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit requirements are met throughout programme lifecycles.
- Required Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale programmes and strategic business change initiatives.
- Proven experience leading complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong background in programme governance, delivery frameworks, controls, and reporting.
- Experience establishing or improving programme delivery standards and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of both operational business change and technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, resources, and delivery teams.
- Previous experience building, mentoring, or leading project delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Strong risk, dependency, and financial management experience.
- Experience working within structured programme and project delivery environments.
- Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, or equivalent programme management experience.
