We're partnering with a fastâgrowing, VCâbacked technology company. They are scaling rapidly across the UK, Europe, and the US â and are now hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join their Operations team.
The Role
This is a handsâon role for someone who loves project ownership, crossâfunctional collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll lead new client onboarding from contract signature through to full platform adoption, ensuring every customer feels supported, educated, and set up for success.
Client Onboarding
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for UK & EMEA clients
- Run kickâoff sessions to align on goals, scope, timelines, and requirements
- Build and manage onboarding project plans
- Configure the platform to meet client needs
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and technical setup
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales & Customer Success for smooth handover
- Partner with Product & Engineering on technical requirements
- Align with Operations to ensure all backend processes are launchâready
Training & Enablement
- Deliver virtual training sessions to HR teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to onboarding materials, guides, and documentation
- Support change management to drive early adoption
- Identify risks and blockers early and manage escalations
- Ensure all onboarding projects hit timelines and scope
- Gather client feedback to improve onboarding journeys
- Contribute to internal playbooks and process improvements
What You'll Bring
- 3â5+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management
- Experience working with UK or global enterprise clients
- Background in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits technology is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Highly organised, detailâdriven, and comfortable adapting in highâgrowth environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
