Areti Group is partnering with a high‐growth, product‐first AI SaaS company quietly building something category‐defining for global organisations. This is a company where product, people, and metrics sit at the heart of everything.

Right now they're expanding the Operations & Client Experience team. We are hiring multiple Onboarding Specialists who will play a mission‐critical role in delivering world‐class onboarding and platform adoption.

This is not a traditional implementation role. You'll be the person who turns a signed contract into a successful client launch. You'll guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, run training, coordinate internally with Product and Operations, and ensure every customer goes live confident, excited, and ready to adopt the platform. The company believes onboarding is the most important moment in the customer lifecycle — and treats it that way.

You'll work in a fast‐moving environment where ownership, autonomy, and problem‐solving are expected from day one. Small team. Very experienced people.

What You'll Own

  • You'll own the end‐to‐end onboarding journey for new customers. This includes:
    • Aligning on goals, timelines, and success metrics
    • Managing onboarding plans and milestones
    • Coordinating data and system configuration
    • Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
    • Driving customers through to successful go‐live

You'll be the trusted guide during the most critical stage of the customer journey. This role sits at the centre of the delivery engine. You'll collaborate with:

  • Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
  • Operations teams ahead of launch
  • Internal stakeholders working on platform improvements

You'll help customers succeed by delivering clear and engaging training sessions. This includes:

  • Delivering product training for customer teams
  • Creating onboarding documentation and materials
  • Supporting adoption of new workflows
  • Helping customers get value from day one

This business is obsessed with metrics and outcomes. You'll help track and improve customer satisfaction. You'll also proactively identify risks and ensure projects stay on track. We're looking for people who combine organisation, communication, and client empathy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project delivery
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Benefits experience is hugely desirable — Flexible Benefits, Benefits Platform, Employee Benefits Technology, Total Reward, Benefits Administration, Benefits Implementation
  • Additional strengths include:
    • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
    • Experience delivering virtual training sessions
    • Strong communication with senior stakeholders
    • Highly organised, proactive, solution‐oriented, and energized by fast‐moving environments
    • Experience in global platforms or complex SaaS products, startup or scale‐up experience

The Culture

  • Small teams of exceptional people who trust each other
  • Delivering for customers is the mission
  • Challenge is encouraged
  • Product‐first thinking
  • Lean, ambitious, curious, and never complacent
  • Work with global enterprise customers
  • High trust, high ownership culture
  • Product‐first business solving complex problems
  • A genuinely high‐performance environment
  • Fully remote working

If you enjoy solving problems, working directly with customers, and building exceptional onboarding experiences, this is a rare opportunity to join a company at exactly the right moment.
