Fully Remote (UK-wide) Areti are excited to partner with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner that is expanding its Dynamics 365 CE/CRM practice across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform)
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
- Own solution architecture across Dynamics 365, M365, Power Platform, and Azure
- Design and implement integrations with Azure services and third-party applications
- Build custom model-driven apps, plugins, and Power Automate flows
- Define technical standards and lead solution and code reviews
- Support presales activities, including estimations and Statements of Work
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale D365 CE solutions
- Expertise in plugins, workflows, and low/no-code tools
- Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Azure services
- Awareness of modern Dynamics 365 AI features and their practical application
