We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO within a growing tech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastâpaced environment, enjoys, and can confidently manage seniorâlevel stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage complex calendars, schedules and meeting logistics
- Oversee inbox management, communications and correspondence
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs, presentations and board materials
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Support projects, research and operational tasks
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with expenses, budgeting and light commercial admin
- Help organise events, leadership offsites and company meetings
