The Role: VP of Product

As VP of Product, you will:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a major product portfolio
  • Lead and scale high-performing product teams
  • Embed modern product practices (discovery, experimentation, outcome-driven delivery)
  • Drive innovation across platform capabilities, data, and AI
  • Align product strategy with complex domain needs across healthcare / pharma / regulated environments
  • Partner across Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams
  • Influence executive decision-making and growth strategy

This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with the autonomy to shape how product operates at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep Product Leadership
  • 12–14+ years in product management within complex B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven experience leading and scaling global product teams
  • Strong experience owning platform-level product strategy

Domain Expertise (Highly Important)

  • Experience in healthcare, social care, pharma, medtech, or regulated SaaS environments
  • Exposure to EMIS, NHS ecosystems, or healthcare data platforms is highly desirable
  • Ability to understand and translate complex domain challenges into product strategy

Strategic & Commercial Capability

  • Strong track record delivering measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, expansion)
  • Experience aligning product strategy to commercial and market opportunities
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with execution

Scaling Product Organisations

  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Strong product governance, operating models, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
