This senior hire will play a key role in evolving a complex, data-rich platform used by enterprise and professional services customers. The position combines hands-on engineering with technical influence — contributing to architectural direction, delivery standards, and long-term platform scalability.
The Opportunity
- Designing and delivering scalable back-end features end-to-end
- Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability across a mature codebase
- Supporting prioritisation, scoping, and technical planning
- Analysing and instrumenting production systems
- Contributing to best practice across engineering teams
- Mentoring and raising technical standards
- Navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving scale-up setting
This is suited to an experienced Senior or Principal-level engineer comfortable influencing both technical direction and delivery outcomes.
