What you’ll do:
- Take on a 70/30 hands‑on vs. leadership split – coding, architecting, and mentoring.
- Lead a small, talented team of 2–10 developers in an agile, product‑focused environment (scrum).
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform.
- Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features.
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
- Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale.
