As the organisation continues to scale, we are seeking an exceptional VP of Product to join the executive leadership team. The Role: VP of Product
As VP of Product, you will:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a major product portfolio
- Lead and scale high-performing product teams
- Embed modern product practices (discovery, experimentation, outcome-driven delivery)
- Drive innovation across platform capabilities, data, and AI
- Align product strategy with complex domain needs across healthcare / pharma / regulated environments
- Partner across Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams
- Influence executive decision-making and growth strategy
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with the autonomy to shape how product operates at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep Product Leadership
- 12–14+ years in product management within complex B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience leading and scaling global product teams
- Strong experience owning platform-level product strategy
Domain Expertise (Highly Important)
- Experience in healthcare, social care, pharma, medtech, or regulated SaaS environments
- Exposure to EMIS, NHS ecosystems, or healthcare data platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and translate complex domain challenges into product strategy
Strategic & Commercial Capability
- Strong track record delivering measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, expansion)
- Experience aligning product strategy to commercial and market opportunities
- Ability to balance long-term vision with execution
Scaling Product Organisations
- Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
- Strong product governance, operating models, and delivery frameworks
- Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
