About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable Service Provisioning & Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for subscriber services. This role is primarily focused on order management, provisioning, service activation, and delivery coordination, ensuring customer services are installed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed service levels. You will act as a key operational link between wholesale partners, network providers, internal delivery teams, and customer-facing functions to make sure services move smoothly from order through to live.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for subscriber services, from order receipt through to activation and hand over.
- Coordinate delivery of services including Consumer FTTP, Business FTTP, Ethernet, Leased Line, and VoIP.
- Own order tracking, milestone management, and provisioning updates across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Liaise with wholesale partners, carriers, and network providers to progress orders and resolve delivery blockers.
- Ensure provisioning activities are completed accurately and in line with agreed SLAs and customer requirements.
- Manage service activation, appointment coordination, and readiness checks to support successful go-live.
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams on order status and risks.
- Support fallouts, provisioning exceptions, and early life service issues to ensure smooth delivery into support.
- Assist with front-line operational support for connectivity services where required.
- Identify recurring provisioning issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in telecoms provisioning, order management, or service delivery coordination.
- Advanced understanding of broadband and connectivity services including FTTP, Ethernet, Leased Line, and VoIP.
- Good understanding of telecom provisioning workflows, service activation, and supplier management processes.
- Solid grounding in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for connectivity and provisioning-related issues.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, suppliers, and operational partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-focused, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational setting.
Desirable
- Experience in a telecommunications, ISP, connectivity, or wholesale broadband environment.
- Understanding of OSS/BSS platforms and provisioning/order management systems.
- Experience working with carrier, wholesale, or network provider escalations.
- ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience building and managing complex customer or partner relationships.
