Areti Group is excited to partner with a Series funded startup poised for rapid expansion, growing by 40 heads in the next 3 months! We are urgently seeking x8 Fullstack Tech leads to join their high-performing team. This fully remote role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects for an innovative and fast-growing company. Travel for on-site collaboration once a month will be fully covered.

Tech Stack:

  • Languages: Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#, PHP, VueJs, Typescript/Angular/React
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
  • Software Design Patterns – TDD, DDD
  • Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end.

Cloud & Database Management: Build scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL to enable smooth data flow between services.

DevOps & CI/CD: Use DevOps processes, including virtualization, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.

Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban to deliver high-quality products in an agile environment.

Polyglot Developer: Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to work across the full tech stack.

Object-Oriented Design: Strong understanding of OO principles, writing modular and maintainable code.

DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
