Full Stack Tech Lead Developers/Tech Leads Needed Fully Remote (UK) | Up to 85,000. Interviews happening this week & next decisions by end of the month.

Are you a Senior Developer ready to step into a Tech Lead role where you can shape products that truly make a difference? We're partnering with an industry leader at the forefront of digital innovation in health & social care.

With offices in Bristol, Bournemouth, and London (and just one or two in-office days per month), this is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to lead, innovate, and grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small, talented team of developers in an agile, product-focused environment (scrum).
  • Work across a modern full-stack environment:
    • Back end: Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony)
    • Front end: Vue.js, TypeScript
    • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
    • Others: Python, NodeJS (AWS Lambdas), AWS, CI/CD with GitHub Actions & Semaphore
  • Design scalable, high-performance systems serving thousands of requests per minute.
  • Contribute to architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with object-oriented languages (Ruby, PHP, Java, C#, etc.).
  • Comfort with agile practices: pair programming, code reviews, automated testing.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset: keen to learn new tools & technologies.
