Right now they’re expanding the Operations & Client Experience team. We are hiring multiple Onboarding Specialists who will play a mission-critical role in delivering world-class onboarding and platform adoption.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional implementation role. You’ll be the person who turns a signed contract into a successful client launch. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, run training, coordinate internally with Product and Operations, and ensure every customer goes live confident, excited, and ready to adopt the platform. The company believes onboarding is the most important moment in the customer lifecycle — and treats it that way. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where ownership, autonomy, and problem solving are expected from day one.

What You’ll Own

  • Client Onboarding
    • Leading onboarding kick-off calls
    • Aligning on goals, timelines, and success metrics
    • Managing onboarding plans and milestones
    • Coordinating data and system configuration
    • Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
    • Driving customers through to successful go-live
  • Cross-Functional Delivery
    • Collaborate with Sales & CX teams during client handover
    • Work with Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
    • Coordinate with Operations teams ahead of launch
    • Engage with internal stakeholders working on platform improvements
  • Training & Enablement
    • Deliver product training for customer teams
    • Create onboarding documentation and materials
    • Support adoption of new workflows
    • Help customers get value from day one
  • Delivery Excellence
    • Track and improve time-to-launch
    • Enhance onboarding experience
    • Monitor customer satisfaction
    • Facilitate early product adoption
    • Proactively identify risks and ensure projects stay on track

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who combine organisation, communication, and client empathy. You should have:

  • 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project delivery
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Experience in SaaS environments
